Back to Bangkok, few things that made me impress this time
- ATM! Yes, the ATM. I can use my phone to scan QR code and withdrawing money. No pin, no amount entering just enter everything in the phone and scan the QR code in the ATM machine and you get cash. And this can use in any Thai banks ATM machines! Only issue I see here is, it's not standard, and no foreign banks has this.
- Dental costs, I know it's expensive in Amsterdam, but even in Slovenia that's cheaper is still more expensive than here like 2 - 3 times. No wonder, people flying here for healthcare + the service is way better (at least not so painful when the clinic here cleaning my teeth like it was in Amsterdam 🥲)
- Haircut, although Amsterdam has cheap haircuts too, but still like the barber here more even it's the same price.

Comparing Claude 4 sonnet and Claude 3.7 sonnet. Claude 4 sonnet seems to break down more steps 🤔
@cheeaun I'm too lazy for those rules too 😆 but Cursor is not bad for me yet. They also enable max mode that doesn't need to top up or pay per requests now.
@cheeaun iOS team here don't like Gemini result much 😬 but mine with javascript/typescript heavy I think Gemini is fine or very close to Claude.
@cheeaun other thing is, Gemini is cheap, very cheap compare to other models.
@cheeaun It's good enough + cheap compared to Sonnet tho. When using Claude cli, it's actually switch between 3.5 and 3.7. I think it's probably more expensive with 3.7 alone.
The way I use now is using Claude to provide base context and after that using Gemini too for coding and most of the time, it's generate better result for me.

The best thing of claude cli is, it can update PR description with template and review the PR. I think it's better than co-pilot.
