AIS 5G with 1Gbps speed cap unlimited is 1199 thb (~€30) per month
KPN 5G with 300Mbps speed cap is €25 per month

Looks like the best streaming service for my parents is iQiyi. So many Thai dubbing and Chinese drama series.
Bonus point, it also has anime dubbing in Thai!
